Walter “Walt“ Lauridsen - Real Estate Developer and Investor
A businessman from the Midwest, Walter “Walt” Lauridsen has worked in both international and domestic business development and real estate. Since 2023, Walter Lauridsen has worked independently as a real estate developer and investor.
In 2006, Mr. Lauridsen developed plans for constructing a production plant with Lauridsen Group, where he was involved in the project from start to finish. Two years later, his role at Lauridsen Group shifted to business development. He served as both a project manager and advisor for 15 years. Today, he invests in real estate and small businesses in Iowa.
In addition to real estate investing and development, Mr. Lauridsen supports and is a board member of the Harvest Academy, a community that works with high-risk groups in rehabilitation and preventing incarceration. Until recently, he also served on the board of Mainframe Studios, which advances equity and opportunity in the arts. He also supports local artists, collaborating from time to time with Jordan Weber. He is also a member of the National Advisory Council for the Robert and Billie Ray Center, home of Character Counts!
Walt Lauridsen’s personal interests include sailing and buying, selling, and fixing classic cars. He also enjoys working with wood and on art installation projects.
